Obama had a Norh Korean ship, loaded with nuclear missles, trailed. Is this showing that Obama is a tough Pres?

North Korea shipped some nuclear missles and the most Obama did was have a destroyer high tail the ship. Does this now prove that Obama is a strong President? Under Obama if you try to ship nuclear missles and supplies, he is gonna have you trailed. So don't mess with this President. He is one tought cowboy. Would you liberals agree with this essment?
