Pregnancy and Medical History questions from my OB?

I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant. My first prenatal exam is March 10th. My OB's istant will be calling me in a few days for an over the phone consultation. She will be asking me medical history questions. What questions do they normally ask about me, my medical history and my fiances? I want to be prepared with the anwers thanks!
