HELP!!! there's a girl at school and I dont know how to make the first move?

AT Skll theres this grl in yr 10 n lik she is new to the skl coz i aint seen her around before but coz she came in bout xmas time but i see her nealy every break n lunch time n she always looks at me n smiles and of course i smile back but lik ive neva even spoke to her,, but lik she is acctully fit tho :/ i just dunna wot to do. I would love to become her friend and after time become more then a friend but i just dont know what to do,, Help would be GREAT? Thanks in advance :)
