Question About microdermabrasion?

i got microdermabrasion today and she used this like Va thing, and sucked my skin it felt really good, but i though it was the sandblasting of the skin and all it did was like vacm it, did i get ripped off. and also i got blue light therapy but it was like a handheld blue light, and i just want to know if this lady sems legitemnet. shes really good price.
