I applied for a tax file number but I HAVENT GOTTEN MY CARD. What to do?!?!?

I live in western australia, and i have applied for a tax file number in the australian taxation office. they say it takes 3 weeks to get my card to be sent to my house, but its been more than a month and i havent gotten my card! I really desperately need a joB! PLease help me, what should i do? is it normal to wait longer that a month?
