How can I make a programme on Windows restart itself automatically?

Copy the shortcut for Windows Explorer that is in the Accessories folder of the Start Menu and paste the new shortcut to Windows Explorer in the Start Up folder, found in Start Menu/All programs. Window Explorer will start every time you start windows.
