I have a teacher that picks on me?

I have this teacher who treats me like im almost nothing always yells at me for sitting the doing my home work and other kids play cards she picks on me and lies to my mom about what i do my mom has seen that she defently picks on my and my dad does not see it she even has an army of teahers who hate me is it beacause im not from this town? cuz of my parrents? i just dont know lots of other people have notised it and i get in trouble for the stupidest this like for instance how i tie my shoes they are securly tied on to my Feet! or another way they pick on me i said the word "" and i got in lots of trouble for that but my friends use profanity infrount of the teachers and the ignor it!!!!!!! how do i get this to stop to night my parents have a meeting with the teacher.
