I am trying to get a truck driving job. I take a narcotic pain killer for migrain, will this stop me.?

I am trying to get a truck driving job. I take a narcotic prescription for my migrain headaches. It says on the D.O.T. physical form, no narcotic drugs use. I dont know if this means, like being a drug addict or what. Can anyone help me with this?
