Does Gods healing depend more on the askers righteousness or the faith of the receiver or combination of both?

Jesus often used to say that the asker's faith had healed them - this was because Jesus ability to heal them was absolute - but among Christians some have the gift of healing - they are particularly able to impart faith to asker's so they can be healed - so with Christian healer's their spiritual gift is also part of what makes the healing possible. I believe that God reserves the right to heal people without faith to be healed - God's grace transcends the implanted faith in His creatures.
