Clarify the doubt?

iam trying to get pregnant,i have PCOS with the treatment of 4 months ultrasound showed full size follicle and LH in urine...doctor said ovulation will take place with in 24 - 36 hrs......iam having pain at ovary site,not so severe but tolerable..iam having slight l discharge after 36 hrs...does it indicate that ovulation has occured??? and are there chances of concieving????
