How would you approach a guyy like thiss???(PIC INCLUDED)?

Personally no but then again i don't thing he is hot so why would i, but if you like him then go talk to him. He seems a bit vain to me but that's just my opinion i don't even know the guy maybe hes lovely and i hes not is just not worth your time.
