Do i have a lawsuit with the state of M?

about 4years ago i had a charge drop from felon to just a misdemeanor, it was dropped from ault and battery with a dangerous weapon to just ault. however on my core record for the last 4 yrs they mistakenly put i was convicted of a felony, it still hasn't been changed
