Should you be suspended off a bus if.....?

okay, i got suspended off my school bus because she has been sittin in the same spot for 20 min. because she has been cussed out by this childs mom and shut the door on her. so she's waiting on the woman to call tthe cops and itss been 15min. so i get my stuff and simply ask if i can walk home because i would b late for something. and she sais no get back to your seat and i say i simply requested to walk home. wicch is bout a half mille down the road. so later when she does arrive 45min. late its getting dark already. she tellz me i havee to find a diff. ride tto school for the rest of the week. now does that sound right???
