Should Joe gibbs publicly denounce Hamlin's actions?

Joe gibbs is the Christian racing team that will not accept advertising sponsors like beer or liquor yet he has this guy cheating and changing the outcome of a race by stopping on the track to cause a caution. It is lucky it did not turn out like the nationwide race where 15 cars were wrecked. This was blatently cheating and very dangerous. Nascar needs to fine Hamlin at least 100 points. Joe gibbs needs to speak up and punish him also or look like a hypocrite.
