Is it bad if you get your wife's sister's friends ex-boyfriend's stepmom preggo?

it just kinda happened. we were sitting on the couch together and she said i was hot. she climbed on me and told me she had a pole in her room so we went there. she told me she was a certified stripper and she put on a little show. i honestly forgot i was married for a little bit there. so is this bad? should i tell my wife? please help me out here guys!
