I wish to transfer my policy taken from Delhi to my home town. Whom to be requested to ?

I'm holding a money back policy taken from Delhi in Aug 2001. Premiums are being remitted promptly. Now I've left Delhi in 2006. I wish to transfer my policy to my home town in Kerala. I requested my agent in Delhi reg. this many times and there is no response from him. Please give me a proper guideline so that I could get my policy transferred to my home town branch of LIC.
