How do you unlock ringtones that you buy?

okay so you know how you an transfer ringtones with your bluetooth.... I have only one question??? when they are locked how do you unlock them?? cause i really want some of my friends ringtones and they want some of mine!! tee hee thanks for your help.... and PS if you need to know i have a motorola Krazr
