Has anyone gotten pregnant JUST with weight loss?

well i heard it helps my doctor told me to lose weight to but nothing happen then i end up gain it back and then some but the say it's not good to get byp surgery and tried to get pregnant because you are will be losing weight and that not good .best bet is too lose it naturally it 'll take longer but it will pay off
