Fantasy football trade - Turner/Fitz/Smith/Bradford for Brady/Smith(NYG)/Bush/Rice?

Yes. I would do this trade to get the modest upgrade at RB and QB (Tom Brady isn't going to be as much of an upgrade as you would think especially with the Moss trade), but just as important, you get an upgrade at WR. Steve Smith (CAR) and Fitzgerald aren't playing as close to their expected production given mediocre QB play. Steve Smith (NYG) is solid, especially going forward as he should benefit from the emergence of Hakeem Nicks as an elite WR. I don't care much for Reggie Bush. You should try to negotiate so that you only give up one of your WRs (preferably Steve Smith) and just say that you don't want Reggie Bush, who is absolutely more valuable in real life over fantasy football.
