Can I sell ex husband's vehicle?

He ped away.There are 4 heirs, including my two children.He was their dad and he supported us.I don't want to be put in jail for grand theft auto.None of the children will agree.There was no will.His older children are married with homes.We are basically penniless.His landlord is holding his personal possessions, why I don't know, basically I guess for money.I don't want to live my life in fear, but we need to survive. I've tried lawyers, pro bono, and legal aide.No one will take the case.Will I go to jail for this? THX
