Besides Mayweather which of these fighters you think Pacquiao should fight next?

For the November date it should be either Andre Berto, P Williams, or Timothy Bradley. Pacquiao has all these great fighters to choose from to replace Mayweather and Top Rank is choosing Margarito or Cotto? :/ I really don't know why they are doing this.
